What is a session like? 

I like to call my office the tree house because noticing the view looking out into the trees is often a great way to start a session as we touch base about how things with you are going. Sometimes I start a session with an invitation to take a breath. Sometimes clients dive right into whatever has been weighing on their hearts and minds. Sometimes we pick back up on whatever we have been working on. Everyone does it differently. The time is yours! Some clients know what they want to talk about in session and bring that with them into my space, other folks enjoy more structure from me as we work towards our goals and some people like to just see where the time together takes us. Whether we’re in person or online together I affirm each individual to be the expert in their own lives and reject all power structures that suggest otherwise!
